  • Job Summary: As a Sales Manager in Vietnam, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our business by developing new customers and expanding our distributor network. You will play a key role in increasing market share, revenue, and brand presence in the region.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers.
  2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Create and execute plans for penetrating new markets and segments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  3. Distributor Management:
    • Train, and manage distributors to ensure effective representation of our products.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to distributors to maximize their performance.
    • Evaluate and optimize the distributor network for efficiency and market coverage.
  4. Sales Performance Tracking:
    • Regularly analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management.
    • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from sales targets.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong and positive relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a liaison between customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Conduct training programs for the sales team and distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and provide continuous learning opportunities for the team.
  • Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the server and storage industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and business environment.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to travel as required.
  6. Good communication in English
