Job Description
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on agency or direct client partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and media partners, ensuring alignment with client marketing needs.
- Seek and expand new business opportunities in the fields of e-commerce, retail and media.
- Manage the entire sales process including customer search, solution consulting, negotiation and contract signing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend appropriate strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Candidate requirements
- University graduate majoring in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, priority given to candidates who have worked with agencies.
- Understanding of AdTech, MarTech and digital advertising solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies and major accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, knowing Chinese is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
