Flame King is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support new product development and supplier management in Southeast Asia. Candidate must be Taiwanese or Vietnamese without work visa, fluent in Chinese, Vietnamese and English.
Position: Full-time (Hybrid)
Work content:
Product Development:
- Lead product development process from idea to completion
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve existing products
- Handling quality issues during production
- Conduct market research to determine technical and safety requirements
Supplier Management & Sourcing:
- Search and cooperate with new suppliers in Southeast Asia
- Maintain and develop relationships with current suppliers
- Negotiate optimal terms, prices and delivery schedules
- Stay informed about suppliers and industry trends
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain management or quality assurance
- Experience working with factories in Southeast Asia
- Ability to lead R&D projects and maintain product quality
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proficient in sourcing management tools and MS Office
