Xinzhongyuan Trading Co., Ltd. (欣中原貿易有限公司) is currently recruiting staff for its stores in the Taoyuan area, with various positions ranging from full-time to part-time.

1. RESERVE MANAGEMENT

Wage: $40,000+ (Negotiable) | Quantity: 01

Work content:

  • Managing daily operations and coordinating on-site (Coffee & Food Service System).
  • Assisting with employee training, work scheduling, and team management.
  • Collect and analyze operational data and propose improvements.
  • Implement the company's operating procedures, service standards, and management policies.
  • Support senior management in promoting operational optimization and project management.

Request: We are looking for candidates with managerial skills, a sense of responsibility, and experience in the F&B industry.

2. HEAD CHEF / STANDARD CHEF

Wage: $40,000+ (Negotiable) | Quantity: 1-2

Work content:

  • Prepare the ingredients and cook the dish.
  • Control the presentation of the dishes and the order in which they are served.
  • Planning the process for food preparation, serving, and quality control.
  • Ordering raw materials, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
  • Support research and development of new dishes and training of new staff according to SOP standards.
  • Perform cleaning of the kitchen area and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Request: Possesses extensive culinary experience and a deep understanding of cost management and professional kitchen operations.

3. KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Wage: $32,000 – $36,000 | Quantity: 02

Work content:

  • Vietnamese food preparation (washing, cutting, preparing ingredients, packaging, marinating).
  • Assisting with the cooking area and frying station according to standard procedures.
  • Prepare ingredients according to orders; present or adjust quantities when serving dishes.
  • Assisting with packing takeout food and cleaning utensils and dishes.
  • Communicating information between the lobby and the kitchen; maintaining a clean work environment.

Request: Quick-witted, hardworking, and possessing basic knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine.

4. BARTENDER

Wage: $32,000 – $40,000 | Quantity: 02

Work content:

  • Brewing Vietnamese filter coffee, Italian coffee, and other beverages.
  • Make desserts and waffles.
  • Responsible for payments, cashier duties, and managing cash receipts.
  • Conduct regular (daily/weekly/monthly) inventory checks of beverages and ingredients.
  • Clean and maintain the equipment and bar area.

Request: Basic bartending skills, honesty, and a friendly service attitude.

5. WAITER/WAITRESS

Wage: $32,000 – $39,000 | Quantity: 03

  • Preparing dishes and coordinating information between the lobby and the kitchen.
  • Greet guests, pour drinks, and take orders.
  • Clear the tables and clean up the environment after guests have finished their meal.
  • Responsible for handling payments, cashier duties, and cleaning the lobby.
  • Provide assistance with store space decoration as needed.

Request: Excellent communication skills, quick reflexes, and a professional service attitude.

6. PART-TIME EMPLOYEES

Work content:

  • Assisting with tasks in the kitchen, lobby, or bar area.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the on-site manager.
  • Ensure quality of service and general hygiene in the workplace.
