On October 1-2, 2025, representatives of the Vietnam Innovation and Intellectual Network in Taiwan (VIN Taiwan) participated in the Vietnam International Innovation Exhibition 2025, an event organized by the National Innovation Center (NIC) in coordination with the Department of Innovation, under the direction of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Science and Technology.



The exhibition includes many outstanding activities such as: displaying advanced technology products, policy forums, seminars, etc. VIN Taiwan attended the Ceremony to respond to the National Innovation Day 2025 and the Forum to Promote Innovation and Develop Strategic Technology Industries.
Representative of VIN Taiwan, Dr. Vo Duc Thang participated in the International Cooperation Promotion Seminar with the following shares:
- Building a network of Vietnamese intellectuals in Taiwan.
- Connecting experts to promote research and technology transfer.
- International experience in linking human resource training with industrial needs.
- Develop scholarship and internship programs linked to the responsibility of serving strategic industries.

In particular, Dr. Thang emphasized the potential of the INTENSE Scholarship in Taiwan in supporting the training of high-quality human resources to serve cutting-edge technology industries. In the coming time, VIN Taiwan will continue to expand its network of experts, strengthen cooperation with NIC, and support the expansion of the INTENSE Scholarship to accompany the development of Vietnam's technology ecosystem and strategic human resources.
On the same afternoon, representatives of the Innovation Networks met and discussed with Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung. Here, VIN Taiwan reported outstanding results, notably connecting with NIC to implement the INTENSE Scholarship in Taiwan. The fall semester 2025 has granted 108 scholarships, and the spring semester 2026 is expected to increase to 1,200 scholarships.


The meeting ended with an intimate exchange party between the networks and the National Innovation Center (NIC), opening up many expectations for sustainable cooperation in the future.
