Scholarship recipients
- Vietnamese students in Taiwan.
- Degree level: bachelor, master, doctorate.
Scholarship value
- 20,000 NTD/meal (30 meals).
- Scholarships will be considered and awarded separately for each level of study.
- Issued once with a certificate.
Basic conditions
- GPA must be above 75 points (on a 100-point scale, or >3.0/4.0 or 4.3 scale).
- Scholarships are only granted to students who are studying in the second year of each level of study and have not expired their training program.
- Applicants can only receive the Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank Scholarship once.

- Candidates should read the information carefully, follow the instructions and fill out the scholarship application form (Form A, B) in the following drive:

Important timelines
- Application submission: September 10, 2025 – September 29, 2025.
- Confirmation of receipt of application: September 30, 2025.
- Jury selection: October 1, 2025 – October 9, 2025.
- Announcement of round 1 results: October 10, 2025.
- Scholarship award ceremony: expected 12/2025
Note
- Students receiving scholarships must attend the scholarship award ceremony.
- Students receiving scholarships may participate in video interviews with the Organizing Committee.

Selection process
- Round 1: The jury of “VSATW – VIC Taiwan – VIN Taiwan” scores and selects the list of 30 scholarship winners.
- Round 2: SHANGHAI COMMERCIAL & SAVINGS BANK reviews the scholarship admission list.
- Scholarship Award Ceremony (expected): December 2025 (All scholarship recipients are required to attend).
