From April 14 to 17, 2025, the event "Consulting and Exchange Day for New Major Programs - INTENSE" was successfully held at key universities in Northern Vietnam such as the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ha Tinh University and Thai Nguyen University.
The event attracted the participation of more than 30 prestigious universities from Taiwan, with many training programs and scholarship opportunities for Vietnamese students. The INTENSE program - an abbreviation of International Industrial Talents Education Special Program – specially designed to train talents in key areas such as Semiconductors, Finance and STEM, with instruction in English or Chinese.
At the stops, representatives from Taiwanese schools introduced the INTENSE scholarship program, shared enrollment opportunities, conducted academic exchanges, as well as conducted direct consultations and signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Vietnamese partners. In addition, many interactive activities such as Q&A, consultation booths and souvenirs contributed to creating a friendly and open atmosphere among students, lecturers and representatives of educational institutions.
The event not only opens the door to international study for Vietnamese students but also contributes to promoting educational cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan. The INTENSE program is expected to continue to be a solid bridge to help Vietnamese students access advanced education, while participating in the network of training high-quality human resources to serve the global industry.
