Minister Nguyen Chi Dung hopes that the Networks will continue to develop, support each other and support Vietnam's development with the following basic orientations:
- Support Vietnamese students to access science and technology in other countries, moving towards building and developing the young generation.
- Connect with universities abroad, find scholarships to help bring the young generation to hone their abilities to serve the country.
- Support Vietnamese businesses to connect to update modern science and technology to improve production and business efficiency.
- Support start-ups to approach foreign investors for development.
- Connecting institutes and universities in Vietnam to promote research development in Vietnam.
- Connect with localities to support science and technology transfer.
The Networks also need to come up with specific plans such as targets to support students, start-ups, businesses, etc. VIN Taiwan hopes to soon effectively connect with the community to complete the tasks assigned by the Minister.
