Share online Taiwan Study Abroad Consulting 2022 for students in Vietnam

On February 26, 2022, the Vietnamese Intellectuals and Innovation Network in Taiwan (VIN Taiwan) coordinated with the Vietnamese Student Association in Taiwan (VSATW) and the Vietnamese Information Center in Taiwan (VIC). Taiwan) organized an online sharing session on Taiwan Study Abroad Consulting 2022 for students in Vietnam.

Mr. Vo Duc Thang (Assistant Professor, NTUST) started the event with basic information about the overview of studying abroad in Taiwan, basic types of scholarships and scholarship application forms, how to find out information about schools, Documents that need to be prepared and points to note, application submission and admission time. After that, the guests took turns sharing their own experiences and assisting with questions from the students participating in the event:

  1. Mr. Chac Cau Tay, Chairman of VSATW.
  2. Mr. Nguyen Tan Tung, Vice Chairman of VSATW.
  3. Ms. Do Quynh Trang, Vice President of VSATW.
  4. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, student at NTUST.
  5. Mr. Nguyen Minh Duy, student at YZU.
The Advisory Board answers students' questions at the online sharing session

The event attracted registration from more than 150 students at high schools and universities in Vietnam. The Advisory Board answered more than 80 questions from students attending the event. The event was livestreamed on Fanpage, reaching more than 2,300 people and more than 1,400 views. Although the consulting session lasted longer than expected, the students still stayed and chatted with the Advisory Board until the end of the program.

VIN Taiwan, VSATW and VIC Taiwan hope this is a good premise to continue organizing community support activities in the near future. At the same time, the Organizing Committee would also like to sincerely thank the teachers and students for their wholehearted support in promoting the event. The event was implemented in just one week but the results exceeded the Organizing Committee's expectations.
