In addition, students need to complete a research ethics course and a seminar (0 credits). Students can choose subjects offered during the semester, belonging to 5 groups, including Principles of Semiconductor Technology, Integrated Circuit Design and Electronic Design Automation, Silicon Photonics Technology, Compound Semiconductor Materials, Advanced Packaging Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
