Our project has been conducted in Taiwan for 6 years with diverse participants from America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. You can find more information about DLC through FB: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/192338258046135\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/192338258046135<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are the videos of our project and reflections from our international tutors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/yAOwesSkuuE\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/yAOwesSkuuE<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DUKS0g4QTXA&amp;t=2s\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DUKS0g4QTXA&amp;t=2s<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KhImY20NlcU&amp;t=25s\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KhImY20NlcU&amp;t=25s<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we are looking for borderless volunteers (volunteers in Taiwan or outside Taiwan) to help us bridge the gap for students in remote areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>*** What we do:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design tutoring materials based on the given topics and have online one-on-one tutoring (tutoring from home).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>***Who we&#039;re looking for:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteers from all backgrounds and experiences are dedicated and responsible for tutoring, willing to commit to 8 consecutive weeks, fluent in English (Chinese as a bonus), and have access to reliable internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>***When you tutor:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monday Afternoon (18:00 \u2013 20:00) (Class Time: 18:00 \u2013 19:30)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuesday Afternoon (16:30 \u2013 18:00) (Class Time: 16:30 \u2013 17:30)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thursday Afternoon (16:45 \u2013 18:15) (Class Time: 16:45 \u2013 17:45)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>DLC will run for 8 consecutive weeks from March 27th, 2023 to May 19th, 2023. Please select a schedule that you can commit to for the entire 8-week period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>***What you can get:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When joining us, you can<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a unique opportunity to tutor and make friends with Taiwanese, enabling you to develop skills, build relationships, foster cultural exchange, and gain a greater sense of social values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive a community service certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For foreigners living in Taiwan, there is an additional opportunity to\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Have a field trip to visit your partners in remote areas in Taiwan (Our project covers all expenses associated with this trip).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Get social practice credit (only NTUST students)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Join a competition for the best tutors, with the winners being awarded\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1st: NT$10,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2nd: NT$8,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3rd: NT$5,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4th: NT$3,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5th:
