On May 28, 2022, Smart Transformation Center - Dong Hai University held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the title "Southeast Asia Scholar" for Dr. Vo Duc Thang (Assistant Professor, NTUST) and PhD. Le Thi Nham (Assistant Professor, NCCU).
Representative of Dong Hai University, Director of Institute of Management, Prof. Chen Houn-Gee, and CEO of the Smart Transformation Center, Mr. Huang Chi-Yuan, spoke about the current status and potential for cooperation and promotion of development between Vietnam and Taiwan.
