NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CAME TO VIETNAM TO INTERVIEW AND ISSUE PREADMISSIONS FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FOR FALL SEMESTER 2025

The National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST/Taiwan Tech) will come to Vietnam to interview and award scholarships to students enrolling in the fall semester (September 2025): NTUST Scholarship (General Scholarship), Industry-Academia Master's Program Scholarship.

Students (who have or have not submitted their applications through the admission system on NTUST's website) can register to participate in a direct interview with professors and business representatives at the event. Based on the interview results, the professors will send a list to the faculties of the Academy of Engineering to consider scholarships for the fall semester of 2025. Students with good records and interview results will be granted Prereadmission at the interview.

Scholarship Information

1. General Scholarship

  1. Full Scholarship: students are exempted from tuition and credit fees, Master students will receive a living allowance of 12,000 NTD/month (for 2 years), and Ph.D. students will receive a living allowance of 18,000 NTD/month (for 3 years).
  2. Partial Scholarship: students are exempted from tuition and credit fees, Master students will receive a living allowance of 9,000 NTD/month (for 2 years), and Ph.D. students will receive a living allowance of 12,500 NTD/month (for 3 years).
  3. Exemption from tuition and credit fees: students are exempted from tuition and credit fees and pay for their own living expenses.
  4. In addition, students may be admitted to study but must pay tuition and credit fees and living expenses themselves.

2. “Industry-Academia Master's Program”

Students are exempted from tuition and credit fees and receive a living allowance of NT$12,000/month (for 2 years). During their studies, students will be arranged to intern at the company they are accepted to work for. The thesis can be done with a professor at the school or in conjunction with a business. After graduation, students must work for the company for at least 2 years.

Basic condition: Graduates from universities in Southeast Asia (STEM department), good English skills.

3. “TSMC Elite Scholarship”

15,000 NTD/month (2 years), scholarship provided by TSMC.

At the end of the internship, students will present their projects in a presentation participated by executives, who will provide feedback.
