• Master Courses: Semiconductor Materials and Fabrication, Semiconductor Manufacture Equipment and Facility, IC Design.
• Applied Courses and Advanced Courses: Introduction of Semiconductor Tool, Introduction of Components in Semiconductor Facility, Processing technology and equipment for advanced semiconductor manufacturing, Advanced semiconductor equipment and key components.

General conditions:

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Foreign language: CEFR B2, TOEFL: 87 – 109, IELTS: 5.0 – 6.5, TOEIC: 785 – 935, GEPT: Upper Intermediate.
