Target: Focus on research and industrial cooperation to cultivate talents in the fields of “silicon photonics technology”, “integrated circuit design and electronic design automation”, “advanced manufacturing process and packaging technology” and “compound semiconductor materials”, contributing to the development of national strategic industries.

Training time: Master's (1 - 4 years), PhD (2 - 7 years).

Application information for international students: Admission to the fall semester in September (applications are submitted between January and March), admission to the spring semester in February (applications are submitted between July and September of the previous year).

Training program: Master's students need to complete 24 credits, doctoral students need to complete 18 credits, of which 3 credits are required for Special Topics on Industry – Academy Innovation. In addition, students need to complete a research ethics course and a seminar (0 credits). Students can choose subjects offered during the semester, belonging to 5 groups, including Principles of Semiconductor Technology, Integrated Circuit Design and Electronic Design Automation, Silicon Photonics Technology, Compound Semiconductor Materials, Advanced Packaging Technology.

  • At least a bachelor's degree (for master's degree) or master's degree (for doctoral degree) or equivalent.
