Target: Training human resources for the semiconductor industry, equipping core competencies with “data-driven & energy-sensitive”.

Training time:  Master's (1 - 4 years), PhD (2 - 7 years).

Scholarship: There are many different types of scholarships, the highest scholarship from the school is a living allowance of 16,000 NTD/month for master's degree (maximum 2 years), 30,000 NTD/month for doctoral degree (maximum 4 years).
