Customer management:

Work content:

1. Responsible for receiving and shipping mass production orders from domestic customers in Vietnam, Europe, and the US
2. Assist sales in tracking sample deliveries and shipments as well as small batch trial production phases
3. Reasonably manage and control inventory at the factory and WW Hub
4. Manage and monitor receivables to ensure timely debt collection
5. Arrange and receive issues related to customer visits
