- Customers pay at convenience stores
- Cathay Life Insurance will send electronic insurance contracts via customer's personal email
- Especially when motorbike insurance is about to expire, the Cathay Life Insurance system will send a message notifying the renewal for the next year to avoid insurance overdue.
