Job information:
Manager of the Corporate Account department Responsible for business development in assigned territory. At the same time, maintain and expand existing accounts to achieve maximum profitable sales.
Work content:
- Account Management:
Target potential customers and strengthen existing business relationships. Build strategic alliances with key customers, agencies, as well as third-party media. - Managing channel partner relationships:
Functions as a consulting salesperson; Communicate company products and services to potential customers as strategic solutions to improve their business while increasing sales. - Scope of distribution and achievement of sales targets:
Analyze and understand the client's business strategy, plans for future products, as well as expansion activities. At the same time, adjust Transcend's product roadmap strategy so that all parties benefit. Maximize brand-building channel coverage with more customers to achieve profitable sales goals. - Promote and market products:
Have a solid understanding of Transcend's product portfolio and the company's competitive strengths. Update industry knowledge and price trends. Drive all products for distribution to all key channel agents with regular brand promotion including online, offline and social media. - Manage P&L (profit and loss) and key financial metrics (AR)
Request:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales/business development/customer service/marketing/purchasing trends
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
- Cold calling and prospecting abilities, as well as excellent customer relations skills, proactively following up on potential customers.
- Able to present compelling technical presentations of Transcends products.
- Excellent computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel.
- Good at English; Knowing Chinese is preferred

Job overview:
The Account Manager is responsible for new business development within an assigned territory and sustaining/expanding existing accounts to achieve maximum profitable sales volume.
Job responsibilities:
- Account Management:
Target prospective customers and strengthen existing business relationships. Build strategic alliances with key customers, resellers and media third parties. - Channel Partner Relationship Management:
Function as a consultative salesperson; accurately convey the organizations products and services to prospective clients as strategic solutions to improve their business operations while increasing sales. - Distribution Coverage and Sales Target Achievement:
Analyze and understand the customer's business strategy, future product plans and expansion activities and strategically align Transcend product roadmap where mutually beneficial. Maximize branding channel coverage with multiple customers to achieve profitable sales target. - Product Promotion and Marketing
Have a firm understanding of Transcend's product portfolio and the competitive posture of the company; keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and price trends. Push all products to distribute to all key channel resellers with branding exposure regularly including online, offline and social networks. - Manage P&L (profit & loss) and key financial metrics (AR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1~2 years of sales / business development / customer service / marketing / purchasing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team in a dynamic technical sales environment.
- Solid prospecting and cold calling abilities and excellent customer relationship skills, proactive at following up with prospective customers.
- Ability to deliver compelling technical presentation about Transcends products.
- Excellent PC skills. Fluency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel.
- Fluent in English; Fluent in Chinese preferred
