1. EE engineer: 01
Job Description:
- Analysis of defective products in production line. Practice the experiments and countermeasures to the defective analysis.
- Sample making according to sales department needs.
- Undertake design transfer, carry out trial production, and lead into mass production.
- Process validation related to work execution and documentation.
- Implement the test equipment and fixture; coordinating with suppliers
- Survey and select sources of components.
- Support for troubleshooting abnormal production lines and QC.
- Supplier development, material testing and evaluation.
- Coordinate and clarify quality issues with suppliers.
- Establish the verification test method required in the factory.
- Device Master Record establishment and maintenance
2. Process engineer: 01
Job Description:
- 5M management in the production line.
- Monitor and control the status of production.
- Defective product analysis
- Undertake the design transfer
- Production process optimization
- Implement the test equipment and fixture; coordinating with suppliers
- Maintain and management of the equipment and meters in the production line.
- Coaching the worker to install and operate the fixture and equipment.
- Confirmation of code version to burn.
- Daily checkup the fixture and test equipment in the production line.
- Conduct the 3Q verification
- Confirmation of consistency between the work instruction and actual operation process.
- Conduct the pilot run
- Arrangement of the production line and its layout.
3. Industrial engineer: 01
Job Description:
- Initiate and maintain the work instruction.
- Documentation of SOP/SIP
- Initiate and maintain QC engineer chart
- Computation and analysis of working hour
- Analysis and optimization of efficiency of production
- Production process inspection
- Labor evaluation and arrangement
- Improvement the quality of process
4. Mechanical engineer: 01
Job Description:
- Mechanical drawing of fixture used in the production line.
